Limousines are available only by advanced reservation. When picking up a patron from Logan airport, limousine drivers report to the limousine holding area, check-in with Massport Authority, and proceed to the terminal's Limo Stand. The driver waits by his vehicle at all time holding a sign that has the client's last name.
