You agree to agree to these policies by virtue of using our website in a way that leads to you providing us with personal information.


Airport pick up info:
Logan airport terminal A: Baggage claim level. Go outside and cross 3 traffic lanes, the Limo Stand is to the left.
Logan airport terminal B: Baggage claim level. Go outside and cross 1 traffic lane, the Limo Stand is inside the Parking Garage toward the Exit.
Logan airport terminal C: Pick-ups are from Central Parking Garage Level G (Ground). To Get there, once you get your luggage, please take the elevator to Garage level, cross the bridge or catwalk then take the elevator down to ground level, then walk to Limo area. You can Follow "TNC/Taxi/Limo sign".
Logan airport terminal E: Baggage claim level. Go outside and cross 2 traffic lanes the Limo Stand is to the left.

Chauffeur will be waiting for the client at the Limo Stand, holding a sign that has the client's last name.

JFK Airport: Arrival Area, facing the airlines Gate, 1 traffic lane across.
TF Green: Baggage Claim Level, short term parking D. Go outside and cross 2 traffic lanes to get to the Limo Stand.
Manchester Airport: at the Public Parking.

To make a reservation, a credit card number must be provided to hold the cost of the trip, then a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided. Otherwise means NO Reservation has been made.

A quote can be requested by phone, by email or by filling the 'Quote Request' form. Replying to a quote request doesn't mean a Reservation has been made, unless a credit card is provided and the client has received a confirmation email.

Waiting Time:
Airport pick-up: 30 minutes for local flights, 45 minutes for international arrivals (GRACE PERIOD)
Town pick-up: 15 minutes (GRACE PERIOD)
We charge an additional $1.00 per minute for waiting time, after exceeding the Grace Period.
No additional waiting charges are applied for delayed flights.

No Show:
A customer will be fully charged if they fail to show for the pick up.
To avoid being charged, please notify us as soon as you know that you don't need the ride anymore.

Can be made 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.
Any cancellation made within the 24 hours period, the customer will be charged in full, unless it is a round trip reservation and the client wants to cancel the return trip, in this case only, we need to get the cancellation request 24 hours before the pick up time to get a refund minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.

Hourly Reservations:
Minimum of 2 hours are required for sedans, 3 hours for SUVs and 4 hours for Vans & Stretch Limousines.
Travel time from/to our facility will apply for all pick ups 30 minutes away from our facility.

Additional Fees:
Tolls and parking fees will be added to the base rate, if applicable. Logan airport Toll is $8.50 ($3.25 Massport fees + $5.25 Tunnel fees).
A $15.00 fee will be applied for each extra stop requested along the trip with no longer than 15 minutes wait.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% over the whole total is required, for every reservation.

Flight Tracking:
We track all flights to ensure a chauffeur at the time of arrival.
We will do our best to have a chauffeur on location ready to pick you up, in case of a major delay or early landing.

Meet and Greet:
We offer a meet & greet service at airports and train stations. A greeter assists you with your luggage and walks you to the limo stand to meet your chauffeur. The fee for a meet & greet Service is $25.00.

Client info:
We don't share client information with any third party vendors. BTG does keep a record of customer's credit cards in a safe encrypted software, to use in future service's requests.

Customer (Client) agrees to the following terms and conditions of the contract - 

Extra stops (minimum charge) $15 charged accordingly based on locations and wait time. A cancellation fee equal to the trip cost, will be charged for any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. For pick ups outside of Massachusetts, a 48 Hours notice is required. For stretch Limos and VANs 7 days notice is required to cancel. A no-show fee equal to the trip cost, including applicable waiting time, will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. If you can not locate your driver, please call (617)600-8030 to avoid a no-show billing. All deposits of 20% are NON refundable. For Airport pick-ups Wait time starts after 30 min of local flight arrival and 1 hour after international flight arrival, For FBO's and residence Wait time (after first 15 minutes) $1 per minute. All rates are subject to change without notice. BTG Inc shall not be responsible for delays or services not rendered due to circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to bad weather, road conditions and vehicle breakdowns. BTG Inc reserves the right to charge a clean up fee. The minimum fee is $300.00 for any passenger vomiting or excessive spillage, or damage caused during rental. This fee may be higher depending on the amount of cleaning and downtime to the vehicle. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. The driver will gladly pull over when safe upon request. Client agrees for his/her party will not exceed the passenger capacity of vehicle provided.
Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. BTG Inc is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.) and not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
At BTG Inc. we don't share client information with any third party vendors.
At BTG Inc. we keep a record of customer's info to use in future service’s requests.
